We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all courses. If you purchase a course and genuinely feel it wasn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no lengthy forms, no interrogation.
Why 14 days? We believe in our courses and we want you to feel safe buying them. If the content isn't serving you, we'd rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that isn't working.
Email us at hello@lazygirlstrategy.com within 14 days of your purchase with your name, the course you purchased, and your reason for requesting a refund. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
If you purchased via a payment plan, your 14-day refund window applies from the date of your first payment. If you request a refund within this window, all future scheduled payments will be cancelled and your first payment will be refunded in full.
Refund requests made after the 14-day window on a payment plan will not cancel remaining payments, you will be responsible for completing your agreed payment schedule.
Our refund policy is not a guarantee of results. We offer a money back guarantee because we believe in the quality of our content, not because the course will produce a specific outcome for every person who takes it. Results depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and commitment to doing the work.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
